Turin has always been good to us but recently they went above and beyond to help find an obscure proprietary part for a bike manufacturer that they don't even rep or carry.
The rear triangle frame broke (as in, clean through) on our 2-yr-old Norco Optic and we worked with the original bike shop where it was purchased (a few hours away) to ship a replacement. However, when the bolt broke while installing the new triangle we struggled to find help locating and ordering a new bolt. The original bike shop didn't have the part and became unresponsive after telling us they would order one. After several days with no follow-up, we reached out to the 3 other Norco dealers nearby but still no one had the part and all stated it would take weeks to arrive.
That's when Dave at Turin (who is NOT a Norco dealer) saved the day! Somehow Dave located and had this obscure little proprietary bolt in under a week. Turin for the win!
Huge thanks to Dave and Turin for coming through for us yet again! -

Turin is a good local bike shop. It seems small, but they seem to pack a lot of inventory in the small space. I bought one of my bikes (gravel like bike) a few years ago there from a super nice and knowledgable guy (Jim Joy I believe).
I've had subsequent really positive service experiences and a few not so positive experiences (like seeming very annoyed with my questions).
When I was interested in upgrading my bike, I talked to another guy who was pretty insistent on selling me a bike off of the sales floor even though I wasn't loving it. Ended up going to a different shop and built a semi-custom bike.
Great location near the Cherry Creek trail near downtown. -

I just have a commuter bike and am honestly very amateur when it comes to bikes but whenever I come in the staff is super kind and helpful. I mostly just come to get replacement tubes, but there is one bike mechanic in particular who always checks other things on my bike and adjusts small things like the brake pads, chains, etc. for safety - things that I would never even know to ask about. They never make me feel silly if I have questions. Thanks for being super cool people.

I love this place, I bought my road bike here about a year ago and had just brought it back to get tuned-up. Staff was knowledgeable, professionally and friendly.
If you're really lucky, you'll get to meet Toast -- the sweetest little dog there is. You walk through the walk, prompts the *ping* and she'll trot out to greet you with a smile. -

Awesome place for inspection on bikes and services pricing of locks and other items are a bit expensive. But awesome customer service will be back
